The Senior Financial lady is very rude and condescending SMH
The owner called and he wasn’t that nice either
The agent actually was but he couldn’t help me even after the messages I have from him saying he would try to have my policy in force because I lost coverage on my life insurance

They don’t care about clients, they took $1978 from me and made me sign paperwork so they could keep my premiums paid in 4 months. I’m a single mother that just wanted to protect my kids and I didn’t just lose that but the policy as well so I spent that much for nothing

They are very shady. I will say again they treated me like this because I’m Hispanic."
