"ZERO STARS IF I COULD I was asked to delete my previous review and I thought they were wanted to make things right for the mistakes they made Unfortunately I cannot post the picture of the evidence I have against them because I’ll be filing a formal complain with Texas Department of Insurance The Senior Financial lady is very rude and condescending SMH The owner called and he wasn’t that nice either, he was rude and tried to belittle me. I asked to stop by the office to do the clarifications and he said NO. The agent actually was nice but he couldn’t help me even after the messages I have from him saying he would try to have my policy in force because I lost coverage on my life insurance because some missing paperwork but that was the agent fault not mine. They don’t care about clients, they took $1978 from me and made me sign paperwork so they could keep my premiums paid in 4 months. I’m a single mother that just wanted to protect my kids and I didn’t just lose that but the policy as well so I spent that much for nothing They are very shady. I will say again they treated me like this because I’m Hispanic."
